By placing the order on this site, the buyer must fully agree with the compliance of the following terms and conditions.
PriTrade.com reserves the right to take any legal action against the buyer if terms and policy is violated.

YOUR ACCOUNT:

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and
for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur
under your account or password. PriTrade does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can
purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use PriTrade.com
only with involvement of a parent or guardian. PriTrade reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts,
remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Payment:

If the buyer choose cash on delivery(COD), the buyer must have a government issued photo ID with name on it and sufficient fund ready
when our agent delivers the order to the door. At this time, This service is available only in Ottawa,ON and the surrounding areas.

We recommend the buyer to use Interac Online/Interact Email Money Transfer. Since it is fast, there is no pending period to process the order

All Credit Cards payments including Paypal, MoneyBookers and all kinds of cheques might take additional 5 to 7 business days in
order to clear the payment.

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped to your billing address when shipping address and billing address are matched perferectly.
This is to protect your transcation and your credit card information.

Delivery Time varies depending on stock availabity.You will receive an email updated with order status as soon as your order is shipped.
In General, Please allow 9-11 days to have your order delivered to your door.
Orders received after 5:00pm EST will be processed on the next business day.
Normally, We will process your order with in 48 hours after a full compliance payment is received by PriTrade.

Returns Policy:

Within 14 days of delivery of your shipment, you may return items to PriTrade. Items should be returned in their
original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than
14 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at PriTrade.com.
These items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We cannot accept returns
of products missing the serial number, UPC, and accessories provided by manufacture; we will not issue refunds for such items.
PriTrade.com can replace items only if they are defective or damaged on our error.
There is No EXCHANGE when items been heavily abused or used, UPC code and sticker been removed from the items, missing accessories,
open mannuals and software.
PriTrade resvers the right to cancel orders or limit the quantites if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or poses
threates to our interests.

To qualify for Return, the following criteria must be met:
1. there has been no human damages which include:
-Damage due to improper use.
-Water Damage (except water-proof products)
-Downloaded software, firmware, files issues
-Use of accessories that are not specified in manual or come from Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM)

2.there is no superficial damages
-item has no scratch or scratches
-item has no dent or dents

3.there is no alternation to item's original software configuration.
4.there is no change to item's appearance.
5.the phone still has its original accessories that come in the original box.
6.the phone's IMEI number must match our record for your purchase.

Warranty:

Manufacturer warranty:
All products purchased from PriTrade.com have one year manufacturer warranty. Most time, the customer will need to
send the device to manufacturer oversea to have it repaired, and subject to manufacturer's warranty, terms and
policies, if any. PriTrade.com comes to realize how essential a customer is in need of the device. Therefore,
PriTrade.com offers its own warranty to meet unexpected. Customer has two options as follows:

PriTrade 1 year warranty:
If phone or accessories damaged within one year since the date of item purchased, and client has purchased this
warranty, PriTrade will send a brand new item or accessories on our expense, absolutely no charge to customer. In the
case that the item is no longer in stock or available, PriTrade.com will refund the cost of the phone or
accessories, shipping expense not included.

PriTrade 2 year warranty:
If phone or accessories damaged within two year since the date of item purchased, and client has purchased this
warranty, PriTrade will send a brand new item or accessories on our expense, absolutely no charge to customer. In the
case that the item is no longer in stock or available, PriTrade.com will refund the cost of the phone or
accessories, shipping expense not included.

Tax:

Provincial sales tax and GST apply to all orders. For customers from Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, or Newfoundland and Labrador, 13% HST will
be applied. For foreign customers, there is no tax applied to anything purchased. However, they may be subject to their own country's
duty fees when items are shipped to them.

Trademarks:
all logos appearing on or in connection with the website are registered or unregistered trademarks,
tradenames and logos owned and licensed by PriTrade and its respective owners/licensees.

Termination of Access

You agree that PriTrade.com may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, terminate or
suspend your access to all or any part of the Site and your "My Account" without notice, for any reason,
including without limitation:
(1) attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Site or assistance to others attempting to do so,
(2) attempting to overcome software security features limiting use of or protecting any content available on the Site,
(3) discontinuance or material modification of the Site or any service available on or through the Site,
(4) violations of these Terms of Use or applicable law,
(5) failure to pay for purchases,
(6) suspected or actual copyright or trademark infringement,
(7) unexpected operational difficulties, or
(8) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies.
YOU AGREE THAT PriTrade.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR TERMINATION OF YOUR
ACCESS TO THE SITE.

button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software,
is the property of PriTrade.com or its suppliers, licensors or content suppliers and is
protected by applicable copyright laws. The design, selection, arrangement, coordination

protected by applicable copyright laws. All software used on the Site is the property
